My Order Was Damaged/Broken

We understand that sometimes, your order might be damaged during shipment. Please contact us immediately using the form at the bottom of the page and make sure you upload photos of the damage and our team will work with you to resolve this issue quickly and painlessly.

My Order Didn’t Arrive By My Requested Date

If your order arrived too late for your event, let us know! If we find that it was due to our delay in your production, we will refund you! Fill out the form at the bottom of the page and our staff will reach out to you immediately!

My Order Status Showed Delivered But I Never Received It

If your order status shows ‘Delivered’ but you haven’t received your package, it’s possible that it may be marked as delivered and will arrive within 1-2 days. However, if you would like our help in tracking down where your order is, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will be happy to find out for you!

My Order Was Not Printed with the Proof I Approved

If your order was not printed with the graphics from the proof you’ve approved, we will make it right! Fill out the form at the bottom of the page and upload your images of the incorrectly printed product and our team will reach out to you quickly to resolve this!

My Order Quantities are Incorrect

If you received less quantities than what you ordered, please reach out to us and we will ship out the missing quantities to you at no charge or refund you for the difference. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and our team will reach out to resolve this with you!

To be eligible for a return/refund:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery for defects using the form below.
  • Attach photos of the issue.

Note:

  • We may request the return of 100% of the order before reproducing it.
  • We’ll cover shipping costs if a return is required.
